From 1975 to 2002 the farm consistently grew in number increasing to about 220 cows.  During this time, the brothers, Rich, John and Dave began making more management decisions.  Cedarwal was awarded its first master breeders shield in 1993 and their second in 2000.  The farm continued to grow in herd size as the brothers began purchasing cows with herd building potential.  John and Dave managed the farm and herd on a daily basis, and Rich (DVM) coordinated an extensive embryo transfer program which allowed the farm to expand the genetics within the herd, as well as bring in elite genetics from elsewhere.   In 2005, John and his family decided to start their own farm, Rockledge Farms, in Enderby, BC.  Rockledge began with 200 head from the Cedarwal herd.  The home farm retained many Cherry Bootmaker and Icecapade Aeroline family animals, and entered into a rebuilding stage. 

            Today, Cedarwal is milking 350 cows in a free stall barn.  Rich and Dave run the farm with their children, Jill and Darren, acting as herdspeople.  Tony and Nicky still play an active role in the farm with calf rearing.  Through the few years they have acquired elite genetics from family lines such as Glen Drummond Splendor, Braedale Gypsy Grand, and Ravenswell Lydia.  The farm maintains an extensive embryo transfer program and has exported embryos internationally.
